Welcome to Royal Regency Inn

We’re so glad you’re here. To help everyone enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, we kindly ask that you follow these simple house guidelines:

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Please bring a valid photo ID and the same card used for booking.

Need a little extra time? Early check-in or late check-out may be available—just ask!

Smoking & Non-Smoking Rooms

We offer both smoking and non-smoking rooms—please let us know your preference when booking.

A cleaning fee of $250 applies if smoking occurs in a non-smoking room.

Pet Policy

We love animals, but for everyone’s comfort, pets aren’t allowed unless pre-approved in writing.

Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation.

Quiet Hours

To ensure restful nights, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please keep noise to a minimum during these times.

Room Care & Damages

Daily housekeeping is provided. Please report any issues promptly.

Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive mess.

Charges may apply for repairs or deep cleaning.

Visitors & Room Limits

For safety and comfort, only registered guests are allowed in rooms.

Please respect room occupancy limits.

Unregistered visitors may result in extra charges or cancellation.

Safety & Security

Security cameras are in use in public areas for internal motel purposes only, such as safeguarding property.

These cameras are not monitored in real time and footage is reviewed only in the event of an incident or dispute.

No cameras are placed inside rooms.

Please don’t tamper with safety equipment.

NOTE: Tampering with smoke detectors inside rooms is punishable offense.

Respectful Environment

We ask all guests to treat others with kindness and respect.

Payment & Reservation Policy:

Reservation Guarantee

Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure website.

A confirmation email is sent immediately upon successful payment.

Cardholder Verification

Guests must present the same credit/debit card used for booking at check-in, along with valid photo ID.

If the cardholder is not present, a signed authorization form may be required in advance.

Payment & Deposits

A refundable security deposit may be required to cover incidental damages.

We accept major credit/debit cards. No personal checks.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

No-shows or late cancellations will incur a one-night charge.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Each rate booked at Royal Regency Inn Hotel, is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the Cancellation Policy of the rate booked. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations under the circumstances where it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. In addition, we also reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms & conditions. If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early, a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked. In the cases of the aforementioned booking cancellations, Royal Regency Inn Hotel has no obligation to guarantee new available bookings or best rates. A new booking at the best available rate will need to be made by the guest at the time of the new reservation.

Dispute Prevention

Guests agree to resolve any service-related concerns directly with motel management prior to initiating a credit card dispute.

Receipts & Records

Itemized receipts are provided at check-out.

All transactions are securely logged and retained for dispute protection.

Liability Disclaimer

Royal Regency Motel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Guests use facilities at their own risk.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests violating policies.

Disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in eviction without refund.
